Terry Cress

For more than a decade, I’ve called Washington home, applying my seasoned expertise and unwavering commitment to my role as a home inspector. A naval veteran, I served with discipline and dedication before transitioning to
civilian life.

Married with two children—son and a daughter—I’ve established deep roots in this community.

My lifelong passion for all things house-related was ignited in the 1990s by watching This Old House, evolving into a professional mission to ensure homeowners’ properties are safe, structurally sound, and built to endure.

Moku-Chan

Nestled deep in the misty pine forests of the Pacific Northwest, Moku-chan the fox grew up with a keen eye and a curious spirit. Fascinated by the hidden workings of tree hollows, burrows, and cabins, he became the forest’s unofficial safety inspector—checking every den, nest, and nook for security and comfort.

One day, he found a forgotten ranger’s toolkit buried under moss. Inside was a golden flashlight, still glowing with purpose. Moku-chan took it as a sign and made it his mission to help humans the way he helped his woodland neighbors.

Now, donning his trusty pine-cone backpack and Timber Coast hat, Moku-chan brings sharp senses, wisdom, and a touch of woodland magic to every home inspection—ensuring safety, one cozy den at a time.
